The prompt

Build an interactive single-page training log Artifact for my [MARATHON / HALF MARATHON / 70.3 / IRONMAN] on [RACE DATE].

Sports to track: [run only / swim, bike, run + strength]
Units: [miles / km], pace or power: [pace / FTP watts / HR]

Include:
1. A quick "log a session" form: date, sport, duration, distance, avg pace/power/HR, RPE 1-10, notes. Make it phone-friendly.
2. A weekly dashboard: total hours and distance per sport, vs. my planned weekly target, as a stacked bar chart for the last 12 weeks.
3. A long-session tracker (long run, long ride) showing progression, and a warning if this week's long session jumps more than 10-15% over the longest of the past 3 weeks.
4. A race countdown with the current phase (base / build / peak / taper) based on weeks to race.
5. A simple "fatigue check": if average RPE for easy sessions rises 2 weeks in a row, show a note suggesting an easier week (not medical advice).
6. Save my data in the Artifact and allow CSV export/import so I can paste in old sessions.

Planned weekly targets: [PASTE, e.g. Week 1: 5h, Week 2: 5.5h ...]

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE (fictional athlete)
Ironman Chattanooga · 19 weeks to go · Phase: Base
This week: Swim 1.5h · Bike 4.0h · Run 2.5h = 8.0h (target 8.5h)
Long ride: 2:30 → 2:45 → 3:00 ✓ (+9%)
Fatigue check: easy-run RPE 4.0 → 4.5 → 5.2 ⚠ consider an easier week.
