The prompt

Build me an interactive single-page workout tracker as an Artifact. I'll use it on my phone at the gym, so design mobile-first: big tap targets, readable in one hand, no tiny inputs.

My program:
[PASTE YOUR SPLIT, e.g. Day A: Squat 3x5, Bench 3x5, Row 3x8 / Day B: Deadlift 1x5, OHP 3x5, Pull-ups 3xAMRAP]

Features:
1. Pick today's day (A/B/...) and see each exercise with sets laid out as tappable rows.
2. For each set: weight (pre-filled from last session) and reps, with +/- buttons. One tap marks a set done.
3. A rest timer that starts automatically when I finish a set (default 2:00 for compounds, 1:00 for accessories), with a big countdown.
4. One-button undo for the last action.
5. Progression rule: if I hit all target reps on every set, suggest +5 lb next session for lower body and +2.5 lb for upper body.
6. A History tab with a simple chart of top-set weight per exercise over time.
7. Save my sessions so they're there next time I open the Artifact, and let me export everything as CSV.

Keep it simple and fast. After you build it, tell me in 3 bullets how to add an exercise or change rest times by just asking you.

Illustrative example only, made up to show the format. Your results will depend on your inputs and the model.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE (what you'd see)
Day A · Squat 3x5 · 185 lb (last: 180, all reps hit → +5)
[ Set 1 ✓ ] [ Set 2 ✓ ] [ Set 3 ○ ] Rest 1:42 ⏱
Undo · History · Export CSV
History: Squat top set 165 → 170 → 175 → 180 → 185 over 5 sessions.
